Influence AI services (hereinafter referred to as “Influence AI,” “the Service,” “the Company,” or “we”) place great importance on the online personal privacy of Influence AI users (hereinafter referred to as “members,” “users,” or “you”). To help you understand how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide to the Company, please carefully read the following Privacy Policy statement. When you use Influence AI services, we may collect the following information through Google: • Google Account name: We use your Google Account name to identify you. • Token: Used to verify your identity and maintain your logged-in status. • Email address: We collect your email address for platform operations, service notifications, and the provision of related services. In addition, we may collect content and other information you provide while using the Service, including registered account information and other data you submit. When you register as a member of the Service or provide information to the Company, the Company may ask you to provide “personal information,” including but not limited to your name, registered account (i.e., email address), gender, contact phone number, contact address, and other information necessary for the provision of the Service. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the categories of personal data we may collect include the following: • C001 personal identifiers, C002 financial identifiers, and C003 identifiers in government data. • C011 personal descriptions, C012 physical descriptions, C013 habits, and C014 personality. • C024 other social relationships. • C034 travel and other migration details, C035 leisure activities and interests, C038 occupation, and C039 licenses or other permits. • C051 school records, C052 qualifications or skills, C053 membership in professional organizations, C054 professional expertise, C056 works, and C057 student, trainee, or examinee records. • C061 current employment status, C062 employment history, C063 resignation history, C064 work experience, C065 work and attendance records, C066 health and safety records, C067 union and employee membership, C068 salary and withholding, C069 property held by employees, C070 work management details, C071 work evaluation details, C072 training records, and C073 security details. • C081 income, earnings, assets, and investments; C087 allowances, benefits, and grants; C088 insurance details; C089 social insurance benefits, support benefits, and other retirement benefits; C091 goods or services obtained by the data subject; and C093 financial transactions. • C101 commercial activities of the data subject, C102 agreements or contracts, C103 business-related licenses, C111 health records, C131 retrieval of written documents, and C132 uncategorized data. Once you have successfully registered as a member, you may use the account you created to fully access the member services provided by the Service. You may access your personal settings at any time to correct the personal information you have provided and keep it accurate.

The information we collect is used only for the following purposes: • Registration and login: We use your Google Account name, token, and email address to complete your registration and login process. • Platform operations and notifications: We use your email address to send service-related notifications, updates, or other necessary communications. Product improvement, service optimization, and campaign design: To improve service features, design campaigns, and conduct other internal operations, we may collect information related to your use of our products, including but not limited to the types of content you view, features you use, actions you take, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities, for the Company’s reference and statistical analysis. Other business services: We use the information collected to help the Company and other partners conduct campaign notifications, measure marketing methods, improve customer management, improve services, and conduct data analysis and research. 您有權終止Influence AI對您進行任何的個人資料蒐集、處理及利用，並得以要求Influence AI刪除相關個人資料；對於您的個人資料管理，您具有以下權利： • 刪除權：您有權要求我們刪除您或經您導入之任何個人資料。 • 限制處理權：您有權要求我們永久停止處理所有或部分個人資料。 • 拒絕權：若您同意我們使用您的資料，您有權隨時基於您或經您導入個人資料之第三方特殊情況反對我們處理您/第三方個人資料；若您欲行使拒絕權，您可以透過系統設定的方式進行調整，或是透過influenceai@influenceai.tw 此電郵地址與我們聯繫。 • 資料可攜權：您有權要求取得電子格式的個人資料副本，以及有權要求傳輸個人資料供另一方服務使用，惟您可能需要因此項要求負擔我們協助處理之成本及行政費用。 • 其他依中華民國個人資料保護法第 3 條所賦與您之權利。 惟當您行使以上權利管理您的個人資料時，本服務提供的完整服務將會受到相對限制，甚至是無法繼續提供您服務。 依據個人資料保護政策及保護會員權益的立場，如要終止Influence AI服務，可透過本網站之客服中心的 ”聯絡我們” 向本公司客服進行申請。申請過程中，您必須提供身分證件或其他證明文件予本公司客服單位，作身份比對及驗證之用。
You have the right to terminate any collection, processing, or use of your personal information by Influence AI and may request that Influence AI delete the relevant personal information. With respect to the management of your personal information, you have the following rights: • Right to deletion: You have the right to request that we delete any personal information belonging to you or imported by you. • Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request that we permanently stop processing all or part of your personal information. • Right to object: If you have consented to our use of your data, you have the right at any time to object to our processing of your or a third party’s personal information based on special circumstances relating to you or the third party whose personal information was imported by you. If you wish to exercise the right to object, you may adjust your settings through the system or contact us at influenceai@influenceai.tw. • Right to data portability: You have the right to request a copy of your personal information in electronic format and to request the transfer of personal information to another service provider. However, you may be required to bear the costs and administrative fees incurred by us in assisting with such request. • Other rights granted to you under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan). However, when you exercise the above rights to manage your personal information, the full services provided by the Service may be relatively restricted or may no longer be available to you. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy and our position of protecting member rights, if you wish to terminate Influence AI services, you may submit an application to the Company’s customer service through the “Contact Us” section of this website. During the application process, you must provide identity documents or other supporting documents to the Company’s customer service unit for identity comparison and verification.

The Service will use Firebase to store, modify, track, and read information related to your web browsing when you register, log in, browse the website, or log out. You may configure, disable, or restrict this function through your browser settings.

With respect to the personal information and usage records you register with the Service, we will take appropriate steps and use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of data stored in the Service system. *Reminder: If your personal information is leaked or deleted due to unlawful acts by third parties, natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events, the Company shall not be responsible for guaranteeing against such force majeure circumstances. Before using the Service, please independently evaluate and determine the risks of interruption, loss, error, theft, interference, or other issues during data transmission.

The Service reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy statement at any time. 本隱私權政策條款以中華民國法律為準據法。任何因本隱私權政策及/或您使用本服務所生之爭議，應與我們聯繫並盡力秉持善意解決，我們將盡一切努力秉持善意與您解決所有爭議。若無法於 30 日內達成解決方案之合意，您同意中華民國台北地方法院有第一審專屬管轄權。
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy and/or your use of the Service should be brought to our attention, and both parties shall make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute. We will use every effort to resolve all disputes with you in good faith. If no agreement on a solution can be reached within 30 days, you agree that the Taipei District Court of the Republic of China (Taiwan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
